We will be showing around 8 short films that all connect to the city of Newburgh. When was the last time you got to gather with your neighbors and spend the afternoon watching films about your own community? We hope you can join us.

I grew up here in the Hudson Valley in both Ulster and Dutchess Counties which gave me a unique experience. Playing little league in Poughkeepsie will forever be a fond memory I look back on.  I love telling stories and celebrating the amazing places I’ve been lucky enough to call home. I lived in Jackson Hole, Wyoming for a decade and ran a snowboarding magazine which was completely unexpected and such a gift. After being away for so long, it feels special to be back close to my family and friends in the Hudson Valley. When I’m not working, I love to be outside w/ my partner Alisha and experiencing the beautiful nature we have in our backyards. I really just wanted to work at a place like HUDSY, but since I couldn’t find anything like it, we decided to build it.
